Martin Luther King the civil rights leader was praised for "awakening something strong and true, a sense that true justice must be color-blind.` King was a "truly prophetic voice that reached out over the chasms of hostility, prejudice, ignorance and fear to touch the conscience of America."

Martin Luther King will be remembered a great American who had a tremendous dream for African-American people ... but also a tremendous dream for all people of the United States. You should stop and reflect what his goals were, what his ideals were for black adults, black children, and white adults and white children to come together, living in harmony.
