Stress Relieves. Try This Technique And Decide For Yourself



Stress relieves, I could list you the A-Z of stress relieves right now, but I won’t, I could tell you what to do and What Not To Do, but I won’t. I could tell you to have a hot therapy bath and quit the booze. They are definitely on the list of Stress Relieves.

However as much as I like the odd hot bath, I can only stay in it for no more than 5 minutes (what a waste of water) and I do enjoy a cooling relaxing glass of beer or a fruity full-bodied red wine. So there is no point in me telling you to spend your life in the tub drinking mineral water.

Do you want to know the stress physical symptoms? I don’t, and I have suffered from stress as much as anyone else, as much as you.

I am fairly stressed right now. Me, and the girl I love, (we have been married for 33 years), have had a bit too much to drink, especially my dear beloved.

Well, basically we went to watch a football game, A Gaelic football game. and she had too much to drink- went over the top, and one thing led to the other.

I felt STRESS for the last 2 hours before I coaxed her out from the pub; and when I say STRESS I mean it with a Capital “S.”

And that was just day in my life, and I wasn`t even at work, I was enjoying myself.Stress comes in many ways.

But you can control stress all you have to do is make it small

And how do you do that?

Basically what you do is RELAX.

Yes I hear you!!!

I know it’s not easy to relax, infact it’s well Nye impossible, I’ve tried every possible means to relax; from Ti-Chi, yoga, meditation, music, wine, whisky and song and still never completely relaxed.

People haven’t got time to relax anyway, by the time you have mastered meditation it’s nearly the time to meet your maker.

But, by accident, I have discovered an easy way to relax and eliminate my stress.

Look at and listen to the sound of a waterfall.

”Oh!! That’s bloody great, now I’ve got to go to Niagara Falls every time I get stressed out. Big Deal.”

I hear you, I hear you. No you don’t have to go to Niagara Falls or that one in Africa or any other one, wherever they are.

You can have a waterfall in your living room or your bedroom or that spare room in your home.

Yes, you can have an Indoor Waterfall.
